Padd Energy volunteers services in drive to make Yorkshire more sustainable

As a leading energy consultancy, Harrogate-based Padd Energy is inviting Yorkshire manufacturers to take advantage of a zero-cost energy review.

The specialist consultancy offers a wide range of energy services to industrial, commercial and public-sector organisations in the UK, as well as international clients.

Now, the company is volunteering to help manufacturing businesses improve their environmental credentials by investigating the energy optimisation options that are available to them, including energy efficiency, renewable energy, demand side response and energy storage.

Chris Paddey, managing director of Padd Energy, said: “The aim of all our work is to help organisations use energy more efficiently now and in the future.

“As a Yorkshire company, our view is that we should be contributing more to the region’s sustainable future. We’re hoping to help towards this a little by offering a little bit of Padd Energy’s expertise and experience for free.

“We’re inviting manufacturers to get in touch for a free energy review and find out more about renewable energy generation and the growing opportunities available in renewable energy storage, and to discover how they can maximise their return on investment.”

Padd Energy is a niche firm of consulting engineers who have more than 65 years’ combined experience in a number of energy and power sector disciplines. The company works with organisations across Yorkshire and beyond to investigate all energy optimisation options available to them. This includes energy efficiency, renewable energy, demand side response and energy storage, and interconnecting ideas and assets.

Padd Energy is offering a free energy review to five manufacturers based in Yorkshire, with allocation on a first come, first served basis. To find out more or register your interest, please call Chris Paddey or Mark Burrows on 01423 900480 or email Mark at mark@paddenergy.com
