Padd Energy has recently worked with a major commercial food producer to carry out a full site-wide energy mapping exercise. Farming over 3,500 acres, Alan Bartlett & Sons grows and supplies 60,000 tonnes of vegetables for the UK’s leading supermarkets. The business consumes significant volumes of energy to operate its busy packing factory and to maintain optimum storage conditions for its produce, which at peak times employs over 500 people. Mark Burrows to Speak at Energy Institute Event in London

Padd Energy’s associate director and energy efficiency expert Mark Burrows will speak at the Energy Efficiency Conference later this month, on the subject of energy data analytics. The event on March 28 will be held at the Energy Institute in London and Mark will share the findings of his own personal research on this topic. He will talk specifically about barriers to the uptake of energy data analytics in UK manufacturing. Biomass Heritage Project with Harrow Council

The 14th century Headstone Manor in Harrow is one of the oldest buildings in Greater London. It has been brought back to life following a major four-year restoration project made possible by £5.7 million in funding from Harrow Council and the Heritage Lottery Fund.
